Continuous Pickling Line
A layer of brittle and hard oxide scale will be easily formed on
the surface of steel strip during hot rolling. The oxide scale must
be removed before the cold working of these coil. This procedure is
normally fulfilled by pickling line. Pickling line is the mature
technology of our company. At present, we can supply the customer
with the push-pull type pickling line (semi-continuous pickling
line) and continuous pickling line.
Push-pull type pickling line
Push-pull type pickling line is a kind of semi-continuous pickling
line. It is characterized by simple equipments, suitable for many
kinds of strip, low production consumption, fewer malfunctions of
equipment etc.. The pickling line is suitable for annual production
of 100,000-600,000 tons.

Continuous Pickling Line
Continuous Pickling is a production line that the steel strip is
pulled continuously through the acid tank and rinsing tank. The
line features high efficiency and output and low electric
consumption. The line is suitable for annual production of
600.000-1,000,000 tons
