The thermal conductivity current indicator of VF-Sthermal
conductivity flow switch is designed based on the principle of heat
exchange, probe module uses built-in heating and thermal module.
Heating conduction of the current indicator is closely related to
the measured fluid. If there is no fluid flow in the pipe, the
quantity of heat received by the thermal module is a fixed value,
whereas when the fluid flows through the probe of the indicator,
the quantity of heat received by the thermal module changes with
the current velocity of the media, and the temperature difference
signal is converted to electrical signals by the thermal module,
and then converted to 4~20 mA signal or the corresponding contact
signal with the set flow value by the processor and output. The
thermal conductivity current indicator integrates flow probe and
signal processor. Six LED indicating lamps show the trend of the
flow. The switching action value can be simply adjusted by the
potentiometer under the protective screw on the front panel,
providing the output form of the transistor, relay and analog
