Electric control system for driving device of continuous production line consists of primary driving unit, auxiliary driving unit and automation unit according to the production process. Commonly a main PLC (Simens S7-400 is available for CPU) can be used as main station of control system, all alternative full digital unit or current speed regulating unit, entrance, process and the remote expansion station, operation station, touch panel of exit operation station are all connected with PROFIBUS-DP, therefore production line setting and actual data treatment, sheet delivery sequence control from entrance to exit, material trace, driving control and process monitoring can be realized.
Setting for speed and tension and the monitoring for operation status of applicable devices in each section can be carried out with touch panel. Operation station can structure industrial Ethernet jointly with Ethernet module and CPU, which can display and record the operation status of devices in line.
